These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the rules and conditions that apply when you visit our website at accesorios.in, place an order, create an account, or otherwise use our services. By using our website you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the other policies referenced below. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page with a "Last updated" date.

1. About us

Our website accesorios.in is owned and operated by Accesorios Network, with registered business address at 3840, Teliyan Mandi, Paharganj, Delhi 110055, India. Our GSTIN is 07HQRPS7351L1ZR. References to "we", "us", "our", "Accesorios", or "the company" mean Accesorios Network. References to "you", "your", "customer", or "user" mean the individual using our website or services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, browsing products, creating an account, placing an order, or interacting with our services in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full
• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3
• You will provide accurate, up-to-date information when ordering

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or place an order.

3. Eligibility

To use our website and place an order, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of India
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or placing an order
• Use the website in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws

We may decline to provide services to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who breaches these Terms.

4. Your account

You may browse the website and place orders as a guest. You may also create an account to make repeat shopping easier, see your order history, and save addresses.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Using a strong, unique password and not sharing it with anyone
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe it has been used in violation of these Terms.

5. Our products

We design and sell mobile phone flip covers. Each product on our website includes:

• A title naming the cover style, phone model compatibility, material, and colour
• Photographs of the product
• Material, dimensions, and feature description
• Pricing and applicable taxes
• Availability indication

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, including colours and finishes. However, the appearance of products on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product because of differences in monitors, screen settings, lighting, and ambient conditions. Minor variations in colour, texture, or stitching are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability can change at any time without notice. The information shown to you at the time of checkout is what applies to your specific order.

6. Pricing, taxes, and currency

All prices on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate. We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.

We do our best to ensure prices are correct, but mistakes can occur. If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you. You may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Promotional discounts, sale prices, and offer terms are time-limited and subject to specific conditions. The terms of each offer take precedence over general pricing.

7. Coupons, discount codes, and offers

From time to time we make promotional offers and discount codes available. Use of these is subject to the following:

• Each code is valid for the period and conditions stated
• Codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold
• Only one code can be used per order unless explicitly allowed
• Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to past orders
• We may decline a code that has been obtained through unauthorised channels or used in violation of its terms
• If a coupon is misused, in the case of multiple accounts or technical exploitation, we may cancel the order and recover any loss

Discounts applied through coupons are not refundable separately. If you return a discounted item, the refund is calculated on the actual amount you paid, not the original undiscounted price.

8. Placing and accepting an order

When you complete the checkout process, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices displayed. Your offer becomes a binding order only when we send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, even after confirmation, in the following circumstances:

• The order is suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorised
• The item is out of stock or no longer available
• There is an error in pricing, product description, or stock availability
• The delivery address falls outside our serviceable pincodes
• You have a history of return abuse, payment fraud, or violation of these Terms
• Bulk orders are placed without prior arrangement with our sales team

If we cancel an order, we refund any amount already paid in full to your original payment method.

9. Payment

You can pay for your order using:

• UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps)
• Debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net banking from any major Indian bank
• Cash on Delivery (COD), at no extra charge, available across most pincodes

Online payments are processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or UPI passwords. All payment information is encrypted and tokenised.

For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery by the courier. Please keep the exact change ready where possible.

10. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy is part of these Terms. In summary:

• Free shipping on prepaid orders across India
• Free Cash on Delivery (no extra charge)
• Dispatch: 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation
• Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode and courier network

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. They may vary because of weather, courier load, festive seasons, or events outside our reasonable control. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for full details.

11. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy and Returns Guide are part of these Terms. In summary:

• Returns, replacements, or refunds can be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Eligible cases include defective, damaged, or wrong items received
• We handle returns directly through our customer support team (not through any external platform)
• For damaged or defective items (our fault), we arrange free reverse pickup
• For wrong-model-by-mistake (customer error), a flat ₹150 service charge applies

12. Cancellations

Our Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms. Cancellations before shipment are free. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy for the full process.

13. Choosing the right phone model

Our covers are made for specific phone models. You are responsible for selecting the correct model when placing an order. To check your phone model, go to Settings > About Phone on your device.

If you order for the wrong phone model by mistake, a service charge applies under the Return & Refund Policy to cover our courier and handling costs.

14. Reviews, comments, and user content

You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, photos, videos, or other content ("User Content") on our website or related social channels. By submitting User Content you confirm that:

• The content is genuine, accurate, and reflects your actual experience
• You own all rights to the content or have permission to share it
• The content does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• The content does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

You grant Accesorios a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, distribute, and display your User Content in any media for marketing, customer service, product improvement, and related business purposes. This licence survives even if you stop using our services.

We may, at our discretion, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we believe breaches these Terms or applicable law. We are not obliged to pre-screen User Content and are not responsible for content posted by users; however, we will remove offending content promptly upon valid notice.

15. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful and intended purposes. You will not:

• Copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, scrape, or redistribute website content without our written permission
• Use any automated tool (bot, scraper, spider, crawler) to access or extract content beyond normal browsing, except as permitted by our robots.txt
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or networks
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the website
• Use the website to transmit harmful code, malware, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks
• Place orders fraudulently, using stolen payment instruments, or with intent to defraud Accesorios
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the website for any unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, harassing, or harmful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our website or services
• Engage in coupon abuse, referral abuse, return abuse, or other gaming of our promotions

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules and may pursue legal remedies for any damage caused.

All content on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, illustrations, videos, software, source code, layouts, look and feel — is the intellectual property of Accesorios or our licensors, and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works — requires our prior written permission.

The Accesorios name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of Accesorios Network. You may not use them in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written consent.

Mobile phone brand names and model numbers used on our website (such as iPhone, Samsung, Vivo, Realme, OnePlus, Oppo, Motorola, iQOO, Redmi, Xiaomi, Poco) belong to their respective owners. We use them solely to indicate compatibility of our covers with those phone models. Their use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between those brands and Accesorios.

17. Marketing communications

We may send you marketing communications about new products, sales, offers, or relevant content, only if you have given us consent during signup or checkout. You can opt out at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails, replying STOP to a WhatsApp message, or updating your account preferences.

Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, support replies), which you continue to receive as long as you have active orders or an account with us.

18. Third-party links and services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment partners, courier tracking pages, or other services. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control these third-party services, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free
• Warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the website
• Warranties about specific results from using our products

Our covers are designed to protect your phone against common everyday wear, light bumps, and surface scratches. They are not designed for, and do not guarantee protection against, severe drops, crushing, water immersion, fire, or other extreme conditions. We recommend handling your phone with care regardless of the cover you use.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind arising out of or related to your use of our website or products
• This includes loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or substitute goods, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or a purchased product shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be limited or excluded.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Accesorios, our officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, demand, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
• Any User Content you submit
• Your unauthorised, fraudulent, or unlawful use of our website or services
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Misuse of your account credentials

22. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any delay, failure, or interruption in our services or product delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, pandemics, epidemics, wars, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, courier strikes, transport disruptions, supply-chain disruptions, internet or telecommunications outages, power failures, or any other event of force majeure. In such cases we will use reasonable efforts to resume normal operations and will keep you informed of any material impact on your order.

23. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the website, your account, or specific features at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise caused harm to us or other users.

You may stop using the website at any time. If you have an account, you may request closure by writing to us. Closure of your account does not affect:

• Records we are required to retain by law (such as tax invoices)
• Outstanding orders that need to be fulfilled or refunded
• Any rights or remedies that survive termination under these Terms

The following provisions survive termination: Intellectual Property, User Content licence, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, Governing law, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.

24. Modifications to the website and services

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, product, service, content, or price on our website at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

25. Compliance with laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of India, including those relating to consumer protection, taxation, data protection, intellectual property, and online conduct.

26. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them, the website, or our products, are governed by and construed under the laws of India. You agree that the courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and decide any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising in connection with these Terms.

27. Dispute resolution

Before initiating any legal proceeding, we encourage you to contact our customer support team and our Grievance Officer so we have an opportunity to resolve your concern amicably and quickly. Most issues can be resolved within 30 days of being raised through our regular channels.

Any notice we give to you under these Terms will be sent to the email address or phone number on file in your account, or by a notice on our website. Notices are effective when sent (for electronic notices) or when received (for postal notices).

29. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganisation, or by operation of law, without your consent, but we will notify you of any material change.

30. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

31. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by us to be effective.

32. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, and Returns Guide, constitute the entire agreement between you and Accesorios regarding your use of the website and our services. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications between us on the same subject.

33. Headings and interpretation

Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. "Including" means "including without limitation". References to "you" and "your" include your authorised representatives where applicable.

34. Independent parties

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms. You may not represent to anyone that you have any such relationship with Accesorios.

35. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with a current "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the website before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the website after the new Terms take effect counts as acceptance.

36. Language

These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation in another language for convenience, the English version prevails in case of any inconsistency.
