Shipping & Delivery
Orders dispatch in about 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
COD is available in select pincodes. If eligible, you’ll see it at checkout.
Yes, to select locations. Rates and timelines appear at checkout. Import duties (if any) are paid by the recipient.
Contact us before dispatch and we’ll update it. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns/exchanges for defective/damaged items, incorrect item/variant, or non‑compliance with product description.
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
If the issue is on us (defect, wrong/short item), pickup is free. Otherwise, a return/shipping fee may apply.
Prepaid refunds go back to the original method. COD refunds are issued via UPI/bank transfer. Processing time: about 3–7 business days after QC.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Yes, if it hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us within 4 hours/ASAP with your Order Number.
We can’t recall shipped orders. You may refuse delivery, and applicable return/forwarding charges will be deducted per policy.
Products & Compatibility
Yes—select your precise model on the product page. For help, see Settings > About on your phone or contact us.

Account Management
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you see order history, save addresses, and track faster.
Tap the Account icon in the header, enter your email, and follow the OTP or password flow. Use “Forgot password” to reset anytime.
Account > Profile to edit your name, phone, and password. For email changes, update it in Profile and verify via the link you receive.
- Account > Addresses to add, edit, delete, and set a default shipping address. You can also update the shipping address during checkout before payment.
- Placed an order with the wrong address? Contact us ASAP—changes are possible only before dispatch.
Account > Orders to view status and details. Or use Track Order with your Order Number + email/phone: /pages/track-order
Yes. Email support@accesorios.in with subject “Delete my account” from your registered email. We’ll confirm and process the deletion; completed orders and legal records may be retained as required.
- If store credits are enabled on your account, you’ll see the balance in Account and at checkout. Refunds on prepaid orders go to the original payment method; COD refunds are issued via UPI/bank transfer.
- If you don’t use wallet credits, we’ll refund to the original method (or UPI/bank for COD). Let us know which option you prefer for your FAQs page.
