Orders & Payments
Placing an order on accesorios.in takes 4 steps:
- Find your phone — use the search bar, the Shop by Phone menu, or the model finder on any product page to locate the cover for your exact phone model. Confirm your phone model under Settings > About Phone before ordering.
- Pick a colour and line — choose from our Denim line (Camel Beige, Midnight Blue, Walnut Brown, Graphite Grey) or Chambray line (Forest Green).
- Add to cart and checkout — enter your delivery address, choose your payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery).
- Confirm — you will receive an order confirmation by email and WhatsApp with your Order Number.
We accept:
- UPI — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, and any other UPI app
- Cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay (debit + credit)
- Net banking — all major Indian banks
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — free across most pincodes in India
All online payments go through our PCI-DSS certified payment partner. We don't store full card numbers, CVVs, or UPI credentials.
To apply a code at checkout:
- Add your items to the cart.
- Go to checkout.
- Enter the code in the Discount code field above the order total.
- Click Apply — the discount shows immediately if the cart matches the code's rules.

One code per order. Codes don't apply to past orders.
Yes. Our courier partner collects the cash at your door — you pay only when the package is in your hands. COD is free across most pincodes in India.
Tracking & Account
Go to Track Order and enter any one of:
- Your Order Number (from your order confirmation email)
- Your phone number used at checkout
- Your AWB tracking ID (shared by the courier after dispatch)

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password". Enter the email address you used to create your account; we will send you a password-reset link.
The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us on WhatsApp at +91 80766 38697 with the email on your account.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders dispatch in about 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Yes — Cash on Delivery available across most pincodes in India at no extra charge. A few remote PINs are prepaid-only — your checkout will flag this before you pay. Eligibility shows based on your delivery PIN at checkout.
Currently we ship within India only. International orders are not available at this time. For updates, drop us a note at support@accesorios.in.
Yes — contact us via WhatsApp at +91 80766 38697 or email support@accesorios.in before dispatch and we will update the address. Once the courier has picked up the package, address changes are not possible.
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. After a missed attempt they will contact you to reschedule. If three attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the next step.
We deliver across most pincodes in India. If we do not service your area, you will see a notice at checkout when you enter the pincode. For specific pincode queries, message us on WhatsApp at +91 80766 38697.
Returns & Refunds
You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for genuine issues such as a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, wrong item, or wrong colour received. Every request goes through a verification step at our facility before approval.
For returns approved at verification, we offer either a free replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Returns are handled through our own returns portal at returns.accesorios.in. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 80766 38697 if you need help.

We stand behind every cover against manufacturing defects. If a cover arrives with a manufacturing defect, or is damaged in shipping, raise a request within 7 days of delivery and we replace it free or refund you after verification. Normal wear and tear from everyday use is not covered. Full terms are in our Return Policy.
You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. The cover must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags. Requests received after 7 days, or with covers that show signs of use, are not eligible.
For returns approved at our verification as an issue from our side (manufacturing defect, shipping damage, wrong item or colour sent), we arrange a free reverse pickup. No charge for legitimate our-fault returns.
For returns where the customer ordered the wrong phone model by mistake, a flat ₹150 service charge applies. This is prepaid only (UPI, card, or net banking) — not collected on Cash on Delivery. For replacements, paid up-front; for refunds, deducted from the refund amount.
If a return is declined at our verification (for example, the damage appears to be from customer-side handling, drops, or use), we may return the cover to you and you bear the courier cost.
Once your returned cover reaches our facility and passes verification, refunds are initiated within 24 hours.
For prepaid orders, the refund goes back to your original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking). For Cash on Delivery orders, we collect a bank account or UPI ID from you to process the refund directly.
Bank credit typically takes 5 to 7 working days from initiation; UPI refunds usually credit in 2 to 3 working days. We do not deduct handling charges for legitimate returns.
Subjective preferences (the way a colour or design looks in person versus on screen) are not on their own a basis for return. We make our best effort to show every cover accurately with multiple photos and material descriptions on each product page.
For genuine cases where the cover is completely unused, in its original packaging, and within 7 days of delivery, please contact us through our returns portal — we review such cases individually. Approval is at our discretion.
Every return request goes through a verification step. If our inspection finds the issue does not match the claim — for example, the cover shows signs of customer-side handling, drops, water exposure, or normal wear — we will inform you of the outcome and the case may be declined.
In such cases, we may return the cover to your address and you may bear the courier cost. This is a one-off cost; it is not deducted from any refund.
Cross-model exchanges (where the customer ordered the wrong phone model) are handled under the wrong-model case in our Return Policy. A flat ₹150 service charge applies, paid prepaid only. The original cover must be unused and in its original packaging.

Yes — for genuine our-fault issues (manufacturing defect, shipping damage, wrong item received), returns are accepted regardless of any discount or promotion applied at checkout. Refunds are calculated on the actual amount paid, not on the original undiscounted price. Discount coupons themselves are not refundable.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Yes — free cancellation any time before dispatch. To cancel:
- Log in to your account, go to My Orders, and click Cancel next to the order; or
- WhatsApp us at +91 80766 38697 with your Order Number; or
- Email support@accesorios.in.
Cancellations received during support hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST) are typically processed the same day.
For prepaid cancellations, the refund is initiated within 24 hours and credits to your original payment method in 5–7 working days.
Once shipped, we cannot recall the order. Please allow the delivery to complete. If you no longer want the product, refer to our Return Policy within 7 days of delivery.
Products & Compatibility
Yes — every cover is laser-cut for the exact phone model named on the product page. Cutouts for the camera, charging port, speakers, and buttons are precision-tested for each model before manufacturing.
How to find your phone model:
- Open Settings on your phone
- Tap About Phone (or About Device)
- Look for the exact model name (for example, "Vivo Y31 5G" or "Samsung Galaxy A55 5G")
Some phones look similar but have different cutouts (for example, Vivo Y31 vs Vivo Y31 5G). Please confirm the exact model — covers ordered for the wrong model are subject to a service charge under our Return Policy.
For the most reliable wireless charging, slip the cover off the back of your phone before placing it on the Qi pad. The leather panel + magnetic snap stop most chargers from reaching the charging coil — same as with any flip-style cover. If you charge wirelessly often, a slim back case may suit your routine better.
We make flip covers in two product lines:
- Denim Vegan Leather Flip Cover — ₹599 — denim-textured outer with tan vegan-leather trim, in 4 colours (Camel Beige, Midnight Blue, Walnut Brown, Graphite Grey).
- Chambray Vegan Leather Flip Cover — ₹699 — finer chambray weave with tan vegan-leather trim, in Forest Green.
Both lines: precision-fit cutouts, 500+ flip cycle tested hinge, magnetic closure, 3 card slots, 1 cash pocket.

Yes — Accesorios is the manufacturer. We design and produce every cover in India and ship directly from our facility. We are not a reseller.
Our covers are vegan leather (PU-based). With normal everyday use, they typically last 2+ years. Like all materials, they may show wear from intensive use, prolonged sun exposure, chemicals, or water. Normal wear and tear after use is not eligible for return.
The magnet is positioned to close the flap securely without affecting your phone's NFC, compass, or wireless charging during normal use. Tested across all major phone models we list.
Yes — our covers work with most standard tempered glass screen protectors. Very thick or full-edge 3D screen protectors may stop the flap from closing flush; if you use one, please check the fit.
Wipe with a slightly damp microfiber cloth weekly. Spot-clean small marks with a mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, prolonged sun exposure, and never put the cover in a washing machine or dryer. Full care guide: Care & Maintenance.

How to apply: add covers to cart → go to checkout → paste the code into the Discount code field → Apply. The discount kicks in only if the cart matches the code's rules (e.g. 3 covers needed for CASEDEAL1299).
Current codes are also shown on our website banners and the WhatsApp / email updates we send out.
One code per order. So BOGO399, CASEDEAL1299, and TRIPLE1499 can't be combined with each other — pick whichever lands you the lowest total for your cart.
The one exception: ACCPREP (5% prepaid discount) sometimes stacks with the others depending on the campaign. If you're not sure which combination is best, WhatsApp us at +91 80766 38697 before placing the order — we'll work it out for you.
Account Management
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account lets you see order history, save addresses, and track faster.
Tap the Account icon in the header, enter your email, and follow the OTP or password flow. Use “Forgot password” to reset anytime.
Account > Profile to edit your name, phone, and password. For email changes, update it in Profile and verify via the link you receive.
- Account > Addresses to add, edit, delete, and set a default shipping address. You can also update the shipping address during checkout before payment.
- Placed an order with the wrong address? Contact us ASAP—changes are possible only before dispatch.
Account > Orders to view status and details. Or use Track Order with your Order Number, phone number, or AWB tracking ID.
Yes. Email support@accesorios.in with subject “Delete my account” from your registered email. We’ll confirm and process the deletion; completed orders and legal records may be retained as required.
Refunds on prepaid orders go back to your original payment method (card, UPI, or net banking). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
If we have enabled a wallet credit option on your account for a specific case (such as a goodwill credit or a self-ship reimbursement after a verified return), you will see the balance in your Account section and at checkout.
