We deliver across India. This page covers domestic shipping only.
Placing an order
Order on accesorios.in. Select your exact phone model, choose a colour, add to cart, and check out. You will receive an order confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
Shipping charges
Prepaid orders: Free shipping across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Free. No extra charge.
Order processing
Each cover is inspected, packed securely, and handed to our trusted courier partners. If a courier cannot reach you or needs a different delivery time, they will contact you to arrange the drop.
Dispatch and delivery timelines
Dispatch: 1 to 2 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode and the courier network.
Tracking your order
Track anytime via the Track Order page using your Order Number, phone number, or AWB tracking ID. You will also receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once the order ships.
Multiple shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple parts. When this happens, any applicable shipping charge applies only once on the first package.
Address changes
Delivery timelines can vary by location, weather, and courier load. If you need to update your address, please contact us before dispatch — once a package has left our warehouse, we cannot redirect it.

Grievance Officer
If your concern has not been resolved through regular support, please write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@accesorios.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
