Cancellation Policy

Plans can change — here is how cancellations work at Accesorios.
Cancellation before shipment
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel easily:
- Log in to your account on accesorios.in, go to My Orders, and click Cancel next to your order.
- Or message us on WhatsApp at +91 80766 38697 with your Order Number.
- Or email support@accesorios.in.
Cancellation requests received during support hours are usually processed the same day.
Cancellation after shipment
Once an order has been shipped (you will receive a tracking email and WhatsApp message), cancellation is no longer possible. Please allow the delivery to complete — if needed, refer to our Return Policy for any post-delivery concerns.
Cancellation charges
No charges for cancellations before shipment, whether prepaid or Cash on Delivery. Cancellations are always free.
Refund method and timeline (for prepaid cancellations)
- Refund method: Always refunded to the original payment method — the card, UPI account, or net banking source you used.
- Refund initiated: Within 24 hours of cancellation confirmation.
- Bank credit timeline: Typically 5 to 7 working days from initiation, depending on your bank and payment method. UPI refunds usually credit in 2 to 3 working days.
- No handling charge.
For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment was taken at the time of the order, so no refund processing is needed.

Grievance Officer
If your concern has not been resolved through regular support, please write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@accesorios.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
