Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work at Accesorios. 🙂

 

Cancellation before shipment

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel easily:

  1. Log in → My Orders → click the Cancel button next to your order; or
  2. Email our support team at support@accesorios.in (Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST).

Once your request is processed, we’ll cancel the order and issue a refund within 48–72 business hours. ✅

 

Cancellation after shipment

After an order has been shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Please allow the delivery to complete and refer to our Returns policy if applicable. 🚚

 

Cancellation charges

  • No charges for cancellations before shipment.
  • If the order has already shipped, we’re unable to cancel. Please write to support@accesorios.in if you need assistance.

 

Product eligibility

Cancellation/return applicability can vary by product. Please check the Shipping & Returns tab on the product page for specifics, or contact support for clarification. 📦

 

Refund method & timeline

  • For cancellations before shipment, refunds are typically initiated within 3–4 business days of receiving your request.
  • For card/net‑banking/UPI payments, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 48–72 business hours after initiation.
  • It may take an additional 4–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (bank processing times). 💳
