Our approach to intellectual property

Accesorios respects intellectual property rights. We make sure the covers we sell on accesorios.in do not infringe anyone else's trademarks, copyrights, designs, or patents.

Our own designs and brand

Unless stated otherwise, covers sold on our site are designed and sold under our own brand, trade dress, and designs. Where we use third-party designs under licence, we list those covers only after getting the appropriate permissions.

Phone brand and model references

Mobile phone brand names and model numbers shown on our site (for compatibility purposes) belong to their respective owners. We use them only to help customers find the right cover for their phone. Showing these names does not mean those brands endorse us or are connected to us in any way.

Reporting a concern

If you are an IP owner or an authorised representative and you believe a listing on accesorios.in infringes your rights, please send us a notice with the following details:

• Your full name, company name, designation, postal address, phone number, and email address
• Proof of ownership — IP registration details (trademark, design, patent, or copyright), copies of registration certificates, or other evidence of ownership
• Links or URLs to the listing(s) you believe infringe
• A clear description of how the IP is being infringed
• If you are an agent, an authorisation letter from the IP owner
• A good-faith statement confirming the information is accurate and that you are the IP owner or authorised to act, along with the date, place, and signature

What happens after you send a notice

• Acknowledgement: We acknowledge complete notices within 2 to 3 business days.
• Review: We evaluate the claim and may contact you for clarifications or additional documents.
• Action: If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the reported listing. If we hold valid rights or licences, we may share relevant information to the extent allowed.
• Outcome: We let you know once the notice is processed. Incomplete or unclear notices may not be actionable.

Counter-notice

If a listing is removed and the affected party believes it is not infringing, they can send us a counter-notice with supporting documents (licences, ownership proofs). We review counter-notices and reinstate content only if appropriate.

User-submitted content

Reviews and images uploaded to accesorios.in must not infringe anyone else's IP. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to do so and you give us permission to display that content on our services. We may remove anything reported as infringing.

Repeat infringement

We may suspend or close accounts that are repeatedly involved in substantiated IP infringements.

Policy updates

Nothing in this policy limits our rights or remedies under applicable law. We may update this policy from time to time; the version on this page is always the current one.
