Intellectual Property (IP) Policy

Accesorios respects and protects intellectual property rights. We are committed to ensuring that products listed on accesorios.in do not infringe any third‑party IP, including trademarks, copyrights, designs, and patents.

 

Ownership & licensing

Unless stated otherwise, products sold on accesorios.in are designed and sold under Accesorios’ own trademarks, trade dress, and/or registered/unregistered designs. Where third‑party trademarks, brands, or designs are used under license, such products are listed only after obtaining the appropriate permissions.

 

Third‑party brand references (compatibility)

Names of mobile phone brands and models (e.g., for compatibility) are the property of their respective owners. Any such references on our website are for identification and compatibility purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Accesorios.

 

Reporting an IP concern

If you are an IP owner or an authorized representative and believe any listing on accesorios.in infringes your rights, please email our Grievance Officer with the details below. We will review and act promptly.

• Your full name, company name, designation/title, postal address, phone number, and email address
• Proof of ownership: IP registration details (e.g., trademark/design/patent/copyright) and copies of registration certificates, or evidence of ownership if unregistered
• Links/URLs of the allegedly infringing product(s)/content on accesorios.in
• Clear description of the alleged infringement (what IP is infringed and how)
• If you are an agent, an authorization letter from the IP owner
• A good‑faith statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the IP owner/authorized to act, along with date, place, and e‑signature

What happens next

• Acknowledgment: We aim to acknowledge complete notices within 2–3 business days.
• Review: We evaluate the claim and may contact you for clarifications or additional documents.
• Action: If the notice is valid, we will remove/disable access to the reported listing and contact the seller/producer (if applicable). If Accesorios holds valid rights or licenses, we may share relevant information to the extent permitted.
• Outcome: We will notify you once the notice is processed. Incomplete or illegitimate notices may not be actionable.

 

Counter‑notice

If a listing is removed and the seller/producer believes it is not infringing, they may submit a counter‑notice with supporting documentation (e.g., licenses, ownership proofs). We will review the counter‑notice and reinstate content only if appropriate.

 

User‑generated content

Any user reviews/images uploaded to accesorios.in must not infringe third‑party IP. By submitting content, users confirm they have the rights to do so and grant Accesorios a non‑exclusive license to display such content on our services. We may remove any content reported as infringing.

 

Repeat infringement

Accesorios may suspend or terminate access for accounts repeatedly involved in substantiated IP infringements.

 

No waiver & policy updates

Nothing in this policy limits our rights or remedies under applicable law. We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version on this page applies.
