RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY
At Accesorios.in, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
Return Window
- Eligibility: You can request a return or exchange for any products purchased on Accesorios.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Partial Returns: We accept partial returns, allowing you to return one or more items from your order.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to Your Account: Access your customer account on our website.
- Select Order ID: Choose the order ID for the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Initiate Return/Replacement: Click on the "Return" or "Replacement" option, depending on your needs.
- Provide Reason and Upload Images: Add the reason for the return or exchange and upload images if necessary.
- Receive Instructions: Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions, including the return shipping address and any required documentation.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation.
- Ship Your Item (if applicable): Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely arrival. Retain the tracking information for your records.
- Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and verify your return package, we’ll process your refund or exchange as requested and send an email confirmation.
Inappropriate Product Conditions for Return
- Damaged Due to Misuse: Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
- Improper Packaging: Products returned without proper safety packaging will not be accepted.
- Used or Altered Products: Used or altered products cannot be returned.
- Late Requests: Return requests initiated after 7 days of delivery are not eligible.
- Promotional Gifts: Free products or promotional gifts cannot be returned.
- Self-Placed Wrong Orders: Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong model) are not eligible for return or refund.
- Special Offers: Items purchased under BUY1 GET1 offer or marked as SALE are not eligible for return.
- Hygiene Issues: Products under the Daily Protection category cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
- Damage/Defective/Missing Items: We will promptly ship a new product. While our products undergo several quality control checks, we do not offer refunds for such instances.
- Not Same as Advertisement: If you find that the product doesn't match the advertisement, please know that we've tried our hardest to show it as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns in this situation.
Important Note
If a customer orders a phone cover for the incorrect model, returns are not applicable. To ensure compatibility, customers must verify their phone model by navigating to Phone Settings > About and confirming the specific model before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 2 days of delivery:
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out via Live Chat within 2 business days of receiving the order.
- Share Images and Videos: Provide images and videos (JPEG only), along with order details and your return/replace/refund request.
- Product Pickup: We will arrange a pickup within 4-5 business days. Once we receive and verify the returned products, we will process your refund or replacement.
Incorrect Model Selection Replacement
If you mistakenly order the wrong phone cover, we offer a replacement service for a flat fee of ₹150, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact customer service to initiate the return and replacement process.
Categories Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Discounted Products: Products purchased using a coupon or discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Hygiene Products: Products under the Daily Protection category cannot be returned due to hygiene issues.
- Non-Returnable Items: Notebooks, key chains, cable wraps, and screen guards can only be replaced within 7 days if a wrong or damaged product is delivered.
Partial Returns
- Eligibility: Partial returns are allowed based on individual product return policies.
- Full Returns: All components, including any complimentary gifts or products, must be returned in full.
Refund Process
- Initiation: The refund process begins once the original product reaches our warehouse and passes the QC process. The refund amount is added to the Accesorios wallet for future purchases.
- Shipping Time: After initiating the return request, it takes approximately 7-10 working days for the product to reach our facility, subject to pandemic-related restrictions in the respective area.
- Reverse Pickup: Available for select pin codes supported by our courier partners. If not available, customers need to self-ship the product and receive a credit of ₹100 in the Accesorios wallet.
- Timeline: The entire refund process takes about 7 to 10 working days from the time the request is raised.
- Tracking: Customers receive a tracking link to monitor the status of the return request.
- Bank Account Refunds: A charge of ₹100 per product may apply to cover return and handling expenses as per the company's guideline. These charges are imposed by the courier, not by us. However, if opting for a refund to the Accesorios Wallet, we will waive the charges as a gesture of goodwill.
- Discount Coupons: Refunds cannot be provided for discount coupons used. The refund amount will be the same as the purchase amount.
