How to Initiate a Return

Inappropriate Product Conditions for Return

Important Note

If a customer orders a phone cover for the incorrect model, returns are not applicable. To ensure compatibility, customers must verify their phone model by navigating to Phone Settings > About and confirming the specific model before placing an order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps within 2 days of delivery:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out via Live Chat within 2 business days of receiving the order.
  2. Share Images and Videos: Provide images and videos (JPEG only), along with order details and your return/replace/refund request.
  3. Product Pickup: We will arrange a pickup within 4-5 business days. Once we receive and verify the returned products, we will process your refund or replacement.

Incorrect Model Selection Replacement

If you mistakenly order the wrong phone cover, we offer a replacement service for a flat fee of ₹150, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact customer service to initiate the return and replacement process.
