Cancellation Policy

WHAT IS ACCESORIOS CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation before shipment: If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, please login to you account go to My Orders and press the cancel button in front of the order number or you can write to our customer support team at support@accesorios.com between 9AM and 6PM India time, Monday to Saturday. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

Cancellation post shipment: Please note that we don’t entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped.

ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?

There are no cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse, in case if the order has already been shipped we’ll not be able to cancel it. Please reachout to us at support@accesorios.com to notify us if you want to cancel or change your order. There will be a deduction of actual shipping charges levied by courier company from the amount paid by you.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS APPLICABLE FOR CANCELLATION?

HOW WILL I GET REFUNDED FOR THE CANCELLED ORDERS AND HOW LONG WILL THIS PROCESS TAKE?

In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 business hours. It may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
